Who we are

The Property Collective ("we", "us") is a team of licensed real estate salespersons registered with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008022J). The salesperson of record for this website is James Lim, CEA Reg. R063631F.

This notice explains how we collect, use and look after personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

What you give us through forms or messages: your name, mobile number, email address, and anything you tell us about your property plans, such as the unit type you are looking for, an approximate budget range, whether you currently own a property, your intended purpose (own stay or investment) and your purchase timeline.

What is collected automatically when you use the site: standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and HubSpot tracking, which help us understand how visitors reach and use the site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website: NRIC numbers, passwords, or full financial documents.

What we use it for

To respond to your enquiry and send you what you asked for, such as floor plans, e-brochures, price lists, market analyses or a BuySafe read.

To arrange appointments, viewings and preview slots you request.

To provide estate agency services to you if you engage us.

To measure whether our advertising works, in aggregate.

We contact you about your own enquiry. We do not send unrelated marketing blasts, and we comply with Singapore’s Do Not Call provisions.

Who it is shared with

Service providers that run our systems: HubSpot (our client records), Meta (advertising measurement) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, as our licensed estate agency, where a transaction or regulatory requirement calls for it.

We never sell your personal data, and we never pass it to other marketers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are reasonably needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to licensed salespersons, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw consent entirely, at any time.

Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 9228 7286 and we will act on it promptly. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer send you the materials or updates you originally asked for.

Cookies and pixels

The site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to remember visits and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
